Yamaha Receiver Hdmi Video Optical Audio Connecting My Home Theather System...HELP!!!?

Connecting my home theather system...HELP!!!? - yamaha receiver hdmi video optical audio

Hello every day. Today, I renew my theater system and wonder how you combine all the best with one another. Here's the list:
1) 50 "Panasonic Plasma with 2 HDMI, 1 optical, 2-component, 1 S-Video
2) Samsung BP-1600 Blue ray with 1 HDMI, 1 component, 1 optical and 1 analog audio --
3) Comcast Cable HD / DVR box with HDMI, optical components are connected
4) Yamaha RX-V765 receiver and speakers with many HDMI ports and everything else.

How do I put them in touch with everyone. I should everything through the receiver or what do you suggest?
